Center For Health & Wellness
The Center for Health and Wellness provides medical marijuana evaluations and certifications for eligible Florida residents. Patients will be seen by an ordering physician who is registered with the Florida Office of Compassionate Use. The doctor will conduct a comprehensive medical assessment for each patient to determine whether or not using medical cannabis may benefit, alleviate, or substantially treat his/her present medical condition(s) and/or ailment(s). Any approved patients will also be assisted with the process of obtaining a Registry Card required to purchase the medicine at one of the state approved dispensing locations.

Dr. Simons has retired.
